You can find these nutrients in foods like eggs, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, green leafy vegetables, fish, and citrus fruits.

Castor oil is known for its ability to stimulate eyelash growth. It is rich in ricinoleic acid, a type of fatty acid that helps stimulate the hair follicle and promotes eyelash growth.
